| Come and celebrate Carers Victoria’s 30th anniversary with us at our 2022 Members Family Day, a family-friendly event at the Melbourne Zoo on Saturday 19 March, exclusive to Carers Victoria members.
Join us for lunch and a fun day out with family at the zoo. Learn more about the supports available to you as a carer, enjoy time together with family and treat the kids to free face painting.
This is a free event for unpaid carers who live in Victoria and their families*.

Lunch included between 12.00pm – 1.30pm
Where: Melbourne Zoo – Elliott Ave, Parkville
| Each ticket includes one free entry to the Melbourne Zoo and lunch.
*Family groups are limited to three adults and three children.
All visitors to the zoo aged 18 years or older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid exemption. Please be ready to show your digital COVID-19 vaccine certificate or exemption to zoo staff on arrival.
A friendly reminder: please remember to carry a mask, use the hand sanitiser provided and socially distance whenever possible.
Carers Victoria will be making every effort to ensure this event is as COVID-safe as possible, however we understand that some families may not be comfortable with face-to-face events just yet. We will be offering more opportunities to celebrate our 30th anniversary with us later in the year. |

Getting there
Parking is available at the Zoo at $2 for five hours.Trains run from Flinders Street Station on the Upfield line every day, stopping at Royal Park Station – just across the road from Melbourne Zoo’s rail gate entrance.
