Inclusive Employment Australia is an employment service program that can help you prepare for, find and keep a job if you have disability, injury or health conditions.
Inclusive Employment Australia replaced Disability Employment Services (DES) on 1 November 2025.
In this program you can:
- get support from providers with experience working with people with a range of disabilities
- get ready to work, including work preparation, skill and confidence building, training, writing a resume, interview skills, work experience and work trials
- maintain your job through on-the-job training, ongoing support in your workplace, or targeted help for your employer
- access personalised support for as long as you need it.
