Our support group meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm, Level 4, 549 St Kilda Road Melbourne (Spotless Building). At all ISFAF gatherings, you must

    • check in to the QR code shown at the entrance
    • provide proof of full vaccination (ie 2 or more Covid vaccinations) at point of entry

    • hand and general cleanliness. To minimize risk of cross-infection. please feel free to use hand sanitizer which has been provided.

Social Events for 2022

This retreat has been postponed three times due to Covid, but we are ‘optimistically certain’
that it will go ahead as planned.

Cost: Booking Fee: $10 pensioners / $30 non-pensioners (donation to ISFAF)

The retreat is generously subsidised, including partial contribution towards food and activities. The retreat is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Participants will be free to ‘do their own thing ‘and/or to join the group whenever they wish.

Activities planned thus far include:
• a private group visit to artist Di Crawford’s studio https://www.dicrawfordartist.com.au/
• in-house daily Tai Chi,
• walks, exploration of this lovely area, perhaps a BBQ lunch at Coolart
• shared self-catered meals in-house
• meal at local bistro (one meal included in the above cost)
with other activities to be discussed among participants.

ISFAF Walk’ n Chat 2022

On the first and third Thursday of each month walkers meet at Northpoint Cafe at the end of North Road Brighton at 1.30pm.  Non walkers are welcome to join us at 2.45pm at the cafe for a chat.

 Sunday 10 October 2021:  World Mental Health Day Mental Health Australia has today launched the 2021 World Mental Health Day campaign for October 10, encouraging all Australians to look after their mental health in the midst of the ongoing pandemic.
