City of Stonnington Free Workshops for Carers

Tue 31 May: Time out for me – caring for carers

We want to help carers improve their self-care by giving you some time-out. Carers often put the needs of others before their own and find it difficult to look after themselves.

We invite all carers to a free online session by Tania Daniels, Carer and Community Educator at Carers Victoria.  In this interactive session, Tania will discuss how to overcome barriers to self-care and provide space for participants to explore their experiences and learnings from the pandemic.

When: Tuesday, 31 May at 7.30pm. ..on line

This is a free event. Bookings essential via Trybooking: https://www.trybooking.com/BYUGJ
