Alfred Psychiatry Acute Inpatient Service, Commercial Road, Prahran
Consists of two inpatient wards, each comprising 25 beds and a 5 bed High Dependency Unit. The inpatient service provides 24 hour clinical care and support for acutely ill patients.

Alfred Early Psychosis Service
Level 2, Alfred Psychiatry, 9076 2556
Early intervention practices are being implemented across all teams in Alfred Psychiatry, which treat patients experiencing their first episode of psychosis.

Alfred Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS)
2nd Floor, 999 Nepean Highway, Moorabbin, 8552 0555.
CYMHS provides a wide range of free services, delivering mental health care for infants, children and youths and their families or carers. CYMHS offers an outpatient service, which covers the municipalities of Port Phillip, Stonnington, Glen Eira, Bayside and Kingston west of Boundary Road.

Crisis Assessment and Treatment Service (CATS)/Triage
Second floor, Psychiatric Unit, 1300 363 746
The CAT Service provides 24 hour, 7 days a week assessment and short term management of clients (in the Inner South East region) experiencing a mental health crisis. The Triage service is a 24/7 service that assesses and determines service response to urgent community referrals, assesses mentally unwell persons who present to the Emergency Department and manages access to inpatient beds.

Homeless Outreach Psychiatric Service (HOPS)
based at the Junction CMHS, 9076 9888.  HOPS operates 6 days per week during business hours and provides assertive outreach to psychiatric consumers with unstable accommodation, high level itinerancy and who may be difficult to engage.

Junction Community Mental Health Service, 2-12 St Kilda Road, St Kilda, 9076 9888 and Waiora Community Mental Health Service, Level 2, 435 Malvern Road, Malvern, 9076 4700. 
The Junction and Waiora Continuing Care Teams (CCT) provide community based treatment, consultation and ongoing care to mental health consumers. The teams provide assessment, case management, family support and therapy, and assistance to access other services in the community.

Mobile Support and Treatment Service (MSTS)
Based at Junction CMHS, 9076 9888.  The MSTS provides intensive, outreach support services to consumers in their own environment. The team operates 7 days per week during business hours and provides services to people living in the Waiora and Junction catchment areas.

Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC)
35-37 Nicholson Street, South Yarra 3141, 9832 9300 is a partnership initiative between the Mental Illness Fellowship Victoria and Alfred Psychiatry.  The PARC program offers the resident a safe home-like environment for a short period of time whilst recovering.   Each resident will be allocated 2 key program workers who will support the recovery process and may provide support and education to carers, family members and friends.  On weekends and public holidays the Mobile Support and Treatment Service (MSTS) will provide support.  Residents need to bring their own food and toiletries.  Activities include community meetings, art, cooking groups, relaxation and exercise.

Primary Mental Health and Early Intervention Team (PMHEIT), Level 2, 435 Malvern Road, South Yarra 3141, 9076 4700.  This team provides support and secondary consultation to general practitioners, Primary care providers and other health and welfare services with an aim to reduce risk and minimise the symptoms of common mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety.

St Kilda Community Care Unit (CCU), 7 Alma Road, St Kilda, 9076 7900
The CCU is a residential psychiatric rehabilitation facility that has 24 hour clinical staffing and provides treatment, support and rehabilitation with a recovery focus to people with severe mental illness and enduring psychosocial disability.

Caulfield Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Service, Caulfield General Medical Centre, 260 Kooyong Road, Caulfield
This service is part of the Aged Psychiatry Service at Caulfield General Medical Centre. The service provides mental health assessment, treatment advice and support to primary treating teams. Contact is made within 24 hours of referral. Following initial assessment, the service may provide short term follow up depending on clinical need. The service will facilitate referral to an appropriate service should ongoing management be required. Referrals can be made by contacting the Triage worker on 9076 6012.

Mobile Aged Psychiatry Service (MAPS), Caulfield General Medical Centre, 260 Kooyong Road, Caulfield, 9076 6012
MAPS provides a range of mental health services to people 65 years and over in their own homes, which may include hostels, nursing homes and/or supported residential care.

Baringa Unit is a 15 bed, purpose-built, acute aged psychiatry assessment unit located at Caulfield General Medical Centre. Baringa provides services for people over 65 years who are experiencing acute symptoms associated with mental illness or behavioural problems associated with dementia. Referrals can be made through MAPS on 9076 6012.

Namarra Residential Care Unit Aged Psychiatry Service is a 30 bed special purpose nursing home within the Aged Psychiatry Service at Caulfield General Medical Centre. Namarra provides high level extended care for older people who cannot be managed in the general aged care system due to their level of cognitive, emotional or behavioural disturbance. Referrals can be made through MAPS on 9076 6012.
