A conversation could change a life…

RUOK’s mission is to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with those in their world and lend support when they are struggling with life.

Now more than ever we recognise the importance of connection, so we’re inviting our whole City of Stonnington community to grab a cuppa, have a chat and reconnect… via Zoom!

You may see some familiar faces, reconnect with old friends or meet some brand new neighbours! We’ll provide some conversation starters, you just need to bring your cuppa, wear a splash of yellow and be ready for a yarn! Everyone is welcome!

A simple chat can mean everything to a friend or loved one who might be struggling. Even if they seem fine, it doesn’t mean they are. Those in need of support might not always ask for it. That’s why you need to trust your instincts and, if you’re worried about someone in your world, reach out and ask, “Are you OK?”
