Referrals open for free outpatient alcohol/drug treatment program
Funded by SEMPHN, ResetLife is an evidence-based Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment program based on the Matrix Treatment Model.
It involves 16 weeks of structured intensive outpatient treatment, followed by 36 weeks of continuing care. During the intensive phase, clients attend formal treatment three days per week and informal treatment the other days.
The program is available for adults (18 years and over) and young people (aged 11–25).
How to refer
The ResetLife program for adults is available in Frankston (through Peninsula Health), St Kilda (through First Step), and Cranbourne (through Taskforce).
ResetLife Youth is available in Moorabbin (through Taskforce).
