THURSDAY 2 MAY HIGHLY SUBSIDISED GROUP VISIT TO PENINSULA HOT SPRINGS
Check In and Departure: 9.15 am Dan Murphy Car Park, 823 Dandenong Road, Malvern East (diagonally opposite Monash Caulfield, allow 15 minutes to walk from Caulfield Station)
The bus will leave on time and cannot wait for latecomers. Bookings are essential as places are limited and must be booked by noon Monday 22 April.
We are obliged to pay a week ahead and therefore must have bookings in time.
Donation: Pensioners $18 Non-pensioners $36
The donation includes bus, entry and final drink. It does not include food/lunch, towels and robes. You are strongly advised to bring your own lunch, towels and a towelling style robe in a bag to carry with you throughout the day.

ELWOOD BEACH WALK ‘N CHAT ON THE FIRST AND THIRD TUESDAY OF THE MONTH
Bookings by phone / text to the numbers shown are essential – times and starting points may vary. Family members, including canines are very welcome. Walkers generally meet at 1pm, with non-walkers joining us at 2.15pm for a drink provided by ISFAF.
Please book on the day prior to walk or by 10am on the day of the walk, phone Alexis 0423 939 949. Meeting place will be advised when you book.

TOPIC A Psycho-social perspective regarding supporting people experiencing serious mental illness
Professor Brophy’s research ranges widely across mental health, including using highly participatory methods to evaluate interventions and models of care in areas including loneliness, recovery, social inclusion, residential services, human rights and smoking cessation. Her work is contributing to making a difference for people experiencing mental illness and psychosocial disability.

DATE AND TIME: TUESDAY 12 DECEMBER 2023 AT 6.30PM
Bookings close 5pm Thursday 7 December. Ample free parking is available in Erskine St.
How to book for dinner
- Deposit $14 for pensioners or $28 for non-pensioners to Westpac, ISFAF Community Account, BSB 033169 A/c No: 258307 by Thursday 7 December 2023. Please ensure that your deposit shows your name.
- Email confirmation to isfaf@alfred.org.au. In this email, please include name and phone number of each individual attending (preferably mobile).
- Choice of main course for each personChicken scallopini with mushroom sauce
Ravioli vegetariani alla sorrentina (can have GF $5 extra)
Pesce del giorno alla Contadina (baked with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives – GF, vegetarian)
If you have any special dietary needs you must also let us know your specific needs in your email.
Tacco and Tosca Restaurant is considered a gourmet restaurant. We thank AMAH for a significant grant which enables this meal to be highly subsidised. Food will be cooked specifically for us on the night. We are a big group. To assist the chef, we must advise the restaurant of our main course by Friday. Drinks other than tap water are to be ordered and paid for by individuals.
Confirmation of booking will be emailed to individuals whose deposits show up in ISFAF account and who have emailed isfaf@alfred.org.au with their menu choice.

Inner South Family and Friends Support Group Meeting 14 November 2023
SPEAKER: Associate Professor Simon Stafrace, Programme Director Alfred Mental and Addiction Health (AMAH)
TOPIC: Implementation of the Royal Commission into Mental Health Innovations at AMAH and what it means for you.
VENUE: Level 4, 549 St Kilda Road, Melbourne
A little to the city side of Wesley College, 549 is easily recognizable by white umbrellas in the forecourt. Lots of free parking in the centre lanes of St Kilda Road, with many trams stopping at the door.
