Mental Health NDIS Access Support…A new way to get help accessing NDIS services
The Mental Health Community Support Services (MHCSS) Intake Services run by Neami and Each are assisting people with a mental illness to access the NDIS. They will work collaboratively with other services to help people to understand, engage in and complete the NDIS access process. Neami & EACH Mental Health NDIS Access Support offer a range of assistance including:
Help to gather supporting evidence and complete the Access Request form
Liaison with health services and general practitioners/private psychiatrists
Acting as a contact person for NDIS queries, at the client’s request
Collection of additional evidence and follow-up with the NDIS, to ensure timely completion of the access process
