Our free and confidential Helpline provides mental health information, support and referral advice by trained volunteers who have personal experience of mental health issues.
Helpline Christmas/New Year hours:
- Monday 24 December 9am – 12pm
- Tuesday 25 December to Tuesday 1 January: CLOSED
- Normal hours from Wednesday 2 January, 9am – 9pm
