Carers, Family members and friends are invited to this year’s City of Stonnington Carers Forum. Sane Australia will be talking about how to deal with anxiety during difficult times from a carer’s perspective, how to look after yourself and how to practise self compassion.

A range of community service providers will also provide valuable information and advice.  Light refreshments will be available at the end of the event.

The forum is from 10am – 12.30pm in the Banquet Hall Stonnington Civic Centre, Corner of High Street and Glenferrie Road, Malvern.  The forum is free however bookings are essential on 8290 3224 or email agedanddiversity@stonnington.vic.gov.au.
