MHCSS Intake – Last day for referring for Outreach Support will be 31 August 2018
As per the DHHS Update attached here, referrals for MHCSS (Mental Health Community Support Services) Individual Support (OUTREACH) will close on Friday 31 August 2018  for all metro areas. There are currently a number of people already waiting for support (on the Needs Register), so referrals will be moving over to ‘NDIS transition support’ rather than being allocated to MHCSS.
